Excellent comfort and facilities.

Amazing facilities : spa is perfect, rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Staff is nice but not at the level of the hotel facilities (the minimum is there but you don’t feel very welcomed and certainly not looked after what this hotel inspires.

Nice place to stay for a night or two

- The place is nice and clean. - It's easily accessible and even has an EV charging option. - The SPA is nice and clean.

- The morning breakfast was crowded, the number of seats did not match the number of rooms, and a queue started to form. Waited about 10 minutes before getting a seat. - The hotel is in the middle of a commercial lot, no grass, no tree, no sea. - EV charging is expensive for a 22KW plug. Went to Tesla supercharger 3Km from there. - Jacuzzi would be a nice addition to the SPA, and an actual cold shower a plus after a sauna (the supposedly existing one is quite hot actually).

Good

The bed was very comfortable and nice cotton bedding. We enjoyed the pool and the Steam room.

You could put a small fridge in the room. The sauna was out of use , which was a real shame. Also Could do with a nicer shower and no bath.

Very Good

Room ok but could have been better furnished. However we slept well and it was clean. Breakfast was ok but expensive. Really nice practical bathroom with good walk in shower.

There was no chair in the room but a large table which made it difficult to get around foot of bed. There was an ok desk already in the room.

Worth a visit

We loved the fact it was clean and comfortable. We loved the SPA with the hour free daily. The staff were amazing and multilingual real bonus. Staff helped with recommendations for eating out and even booked the restaurant and travel. The cocktails in the bar were also fab.

The location was not great as no views, the Sauna was out of action and I had to ask for milk, extra coffee and cups! Staff were happy to oblige though.

Very Good

Nice hotel, we did not try the spa, you can book a slot for 1 hour for free each day. There is a good bus route (5) into Vannes every 20 mins. We parked up the car (very good parking) and just used the bus €1.5 each each way great. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance also Decathlon and le Clerq hypermarket.

Not happy at all

The hotel was clean and comfortable

I paid for my 2 nights stay before we got there. And then the day before we arrived they took € 200 deposit which I never authorized. When we got there they said it’s there policy. We would get it back. I left the hotel on Friday morning and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. we stayed in loads of different hotels and none did this. Never again will I stay there

We had a nice stay and would maybe choose to stay again if we are in the area. It was reasonable value for money for the

The location was good free parking, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities all on hand, and bus route into Vannes approx every 20 mins so no problems with parking. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Was a bit clinical and sparse in the rooms would have liked a little more warmth injected. The spa was book in advance as they only allow about 10 people at a time for hourly slots, which wasn’t a problem except that you’re tied. The ‘swimming pool’ wasn’t really a swimming pool it was more of a large plunge pool, so no actual swimming.

Good out of town hotel

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Very clean and fragrant (air freshener used in corridors and room-excellent). Good bar and friendly bar tender but pricey). Comfortable lounge area. Hotel has sauna and pool. Big car park but be careful of pillars. Great restaurant nearby Good aircon big enough room and powerful big shower.

Long way out of town centre, car needed. Clothes hanging space and shelving inadequate for a 4 star hotel, more akin to Ibis standard. Kettle in daft location in clothes hanging area. Toilet separate from shower room. Some maintenance issues

Very clean, good stuff, nice design, good massage

The spa was limited just for 1 hour. If the duration would be at least 1,5 hours, it would be enough for not mentioned it as a minus of the staying. Also there was no cold water at the spa (nowhere, even in the showers). I wanted to refresh with a cold water after the hot sauna before going to the pool (which was hot as well), but the water was only hot everywhere - a bit strange. Also I would like to mention the smell of the linen fabric softener was a little distracting during the night.

Very enjoyable experience.

My Wife enjoyed a relaxing massage in this hotel and would recommend it. Hotel Bar was pleasant and staff were excellent. Good and secure parking. Bed was very comfortable. Good location circa 5Km from Vannes centre and within walking distance of shops such as Decathlon plus several restaurants.
